Entry-Level Panel Associate – Join Our Team!

At Spherix Global Insights, we partner with the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies to help them understand the current healthcare landscape and chart a course for future growth.We’re looking for a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Panel Associate. In this role, you’ll not only recruit physicians and other healthcare professionals (HCPs) to participate in our market research studies - you’ll also help identify and test creative outreach strategies to connect with hard-to-reach audiences. From LinkedIn and Facebook to conferences, proprietary white papers, and beyond, you’ll explore novel ways to build and sustain our growing panel. Your outreach will help gather insights from experts in neurology, ophthalmology, nephrology, hematology, dermatology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology.
What You'll Do:
Recruitment, Retention & Innovation
- Proactively recruit physicians and other HCPs to participate in paid market research studies
- Recommend and implement new strategies to attract, engage, and retain panelists, especially hard-to-reach specialists
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate panel performance and identify areas for creative improvement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring fresh ideas to improve panel-building practices
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with our provider community
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective fielding of each study
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors
- Act as the main point of contact for production
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise project updates
- Help inform Insights expectations
- Maintain and update provider contact records and manage participant payments
- Monitor expenses and ensure project remains within financial scope
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor and resolve project issues as they arise
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards
- Conduct reviews, testing, and user acceptance as needed
- Review open-ended responses
- Track project KPIs and performance metrics
- Deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong time management and organizational skills – you’ll need to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Great attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- A team player with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in a customer-facing role or using survey software is a plus, but not required.
